Owner media kit

Put your national park cabin in front of travelers who are already choosing where to stay.

NPCabins features cabins inside practical park-planning content. The pitch is simple: help travelers make a better lodging decision, then give standout owners a credible place to tell the full story of their stay.

Why owners advertise here

NPCabins is built around qualified travel intent.

Travelers arrive while comparing parks, towns, drive times, amenities, and trip styles. A featured cabin works best when it answers those planning questions better than a listing card can.

Editorial context

Your cabin appears with the park, town, season, and traveler-fit details people need before booking.

Useful details

We highlight kitchens, beds, roads, parking, WiFi, pet rules, trail access, and who the stay is best for.

Owners get a polished feature page they can send to guests, partners, newsletters, and social channels.

04

Clear disclosure

Sponsored placements are labeled plainly so the site stays useful and credible for travelers.

Placement terms

Agree the exact placement before paying.

The written scope specifies publication timing, which pages include the cabin, the start and end dates of any paid prominence, and whether homepage placement is included. A profile URL can remain useful after a placement ends while its facts remain current. Renewals or extensions require a separate agreement; these offers do not create an automatic renewal.

The profile package includes a directory entry and relevant editorial links. Guaranteed placement inside an agreed park guide belongs to the guide package. Homepage prominence is included only when the written scope says so. Clicks and traffic do not guarantee reservations.

Review the deliverables and reporting example

Owner reporting

Early sponsors should understand what their placement is doing.

Reporting records aggregate profile loads and booking-link clicks by cabin and content placement after tracking is published. Reports show where a stay was discovered; they do not identify individual travelers or confirm reservations.

01Profile views

How many visitors viewed the sponsored cabin profile and which guide paths sent them there.

02Booking clicks

How many visitors clicked through to Airbnb, direct booking, or another owner-approved booking page.

03Guide context

Which park guide, gateway-town section, or directory filter helped the stay get discovered.

04Content improvements

Recommended edits based on traveler questions, seasonal changes, and owner-supplied updates.

What makes a strong fit

We feature cabins that help travelers make a better park-stay decision.

Strong candidates

  • Clear park or gateway-town positioning
  • Accurate photos and current listing details
  • Reliable operations and recent guest reviews
  • Distinct setting, design, family setup, access, or owner story

We need from owners

  • Public booking link or direct booking page
  • Permission to use selected photos
  • Confirmed guest count, bed count, rules, fees, and amenities
  • Notes on roads, parking, pets, WiFi, winter access, and nearby park areas

How it works

A simple feature process for the first group of owners.

1. Submit the cabin.

Send the listing, direct booking site if available, top photos, park or town context, and what kind of traveler the stay is best for.

2. We shape the editorial angle.

NPCabins writes the feature around traveler utility: who should book, what to confirm, how the cabin fits the park trip, and what tradeoffs matter.

3. You review facts.

Owners can correct factual details, amenities, rules, and photo permissions. Editorial fit and disclosure stay with NPCabins.

4. The feature goes live.

The cabin receives a dedicated page, relevant internal links, and placement where it helps travelers make a better decision.

Trust policy

Sponsored does not mean vague.

Paid profiles, hosted stays, affiliate links, and guide sponsorships should be labeled clearly. The point is not to hide the business model. The point is to make sponsored placements useful enough that travelers still trust them.
