Placement terms

Agree the exact placement before paying.

The written scope specifies publication timing, which pages include the cabin, the start and end dates of any paid prominence, and whether homepage placement is included. A profile URL can remain useful after a placement ends while its facts remain current. Renewals or extensions require a separate agreement; these offers do not create an automatic renewal.

The profile package includes a directory entry and relevant editorial links. Guaranteed placement inside an agreed park guide belongs to the guide package. Homepage prominence is included only when the written scope says so. Clicks and traffic do not guarantee reservations.

Included

Every paid feature is built as useful travel content.

Editorial packaging

NPCabins writes the profile around traveler fit, park access, gateway-town tradeoffs, and what to confirm before booking.

Owner review

Owners can correct facts, amenities, fees, rules, photo permissions, and booking links before publication.

Disclosure

Sponsored relationships are labeled on the page so travelers understand the placement.

Internal links

Relevant features are connected from the directory, guide pages, homepage sections, and owner-facing materials.

Not included

NPCabins does not guarantee bookings or inspect properties.

Owners remain responsible for accurate listing details, guest communication, safety, operations, booking terms, taxes, fees, permits, insurance, and compliance with local rules.

Strong fit

The best sponsors have a clear trip use case.

Strong candidates can explain which park entrance they serve, who the cabin is best for, what tradeoffs guests should understand, and why the stay is different from nearby alternatives.

Next step

Send the cabin details for review.

Use the intake page to share the listing, park area, photos, amenities, guest fit, and sponsorship interest.
