Owner deliverables

A cabin feature should leave the owner with a useful editorial asset.

This is the working scope for a standard NPCabins paid feature: what we need, what we publish, what the owner can review, and what happens after the page is live.

Cabin living room prepared for guests

Audience profile

Travelers already deciding where a cabin fits.

NPCabins content is organized around park, gateway town, trip duration, group type, season, and practical lodging need. The strongest sponsor fit is a cabin with a specific answer: the right group base, the quiet side, the dog-friendly setup, the reliable workweek, or the recovery stay after a long trail day.

Standard feature

Dedicated profile

Sponsored disclosure, editorial take, best fit, poor fit, location context, booking questions, approved photos, and booking link.

Relevant placement

A directory entry and relevant editorial links. The guide package includes sponsored placement inside one agreed park guide; homepage prominence is included only when specified in the written scope.

Fact-review round

The owner can correct property facts, permissions, policies, amenities, and booking links. Editorial conclusions remain with NPCabins.

Shareable asset

An editorial URL the owner can use in guest communication, press materials, newsletters, and social posts.

Written placement scope

Keep duration and prominence explicit.

Before payment, agree publication timing, placement pages, start and end dates of paid prominence, and any homepage inclusion. Continued profile publication depends on current facts and editorial fit. Renewals and extensions require a separate agreement.

Working timeline

Days 1-3: Fit and materials

NPCabins reviews the listing, park relevance, package, photo permission, and whether enough practical detail exists to write a useful story.

Days 4-8: Draft and page build

The editorial desk researches the trip context, selects photos, writes the feature, and builds relevant internal placements.

Days 9-11: Owner fact review

The owner reviews facts once. Corrections are incorporated; requests to hide relevant tradeoffs may be declined.

Days 12-14: Publication

The feature and agreed placements go live. Timing may shift when owner materials, current facts, or permissions are incomplete.

Photo requirements

Send evidence, not only atmosphere.

A strong set includes the approach and driveway, parking, exterior from more than one angle, every sleeping space, bathrooms, kitchen, dining seats, living room, stairs, laundry, workspace, pet area, hot tub or fire pit context, and seasonal access when relevant. Files should be current, high resolution, and licensed for NPCabins use.
